Terms & Conditions

• All transfers and tours are based on a shared basis/joint basis.
• Bookings are subject to availability, and rates are subject to change.
• "Similar" hotels refer to those with a per-night room tariff differential in the range of ten to fifteen dollars.
• Normal hotel check-in time is 14:00-16:00 hours, and check-out time is 10:00-12:00 hours.
• Package cost is subject to change until full confirmation for the package tour.
• Room availability and type (double or twin) are at the sole discretion of the hotel.
• A copy of the PAN card is required for billing purposes.
• The cost of the outbound package tour is payable in convertible foreign exchange (subject to RBI/GOI regulations), except for the cost of the ticket. The package cost includes ground handling charges in the Dollar segment, deducted from your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota).
• Travel insurance premium is not included in the tour cost, but we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• No tour guide/escort accompanies our groups from India to abroad and back to India.
• Seat selection on airlines is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the airlines.
• Services are subject to availability, and the booking process will commence only after receiving the booking amount.
• Tour prices are subject to change due to hotel room rate increases, peak season/holiday surcharges, major events/fairs, and conventions.
• Tourists may have to wait intermittently for transfers, especially for pick-up and drop-off, as transfer services are shared with other group tourists.
• Adherence to the local tour operator's schedule is essential. Any inconvenience, loss, or consequences due to failure to follow timings are the tourist's responsibility.
• Hotels mentioned at this stage are proposed and subject to change. The hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.
• The hotel confirmed in the group will be considered final, with base category rooms booked.

• Cash deposits in our office or direct cash deposits into any of our company bank accounts must be less than Rs 199,000/-. Contact the concerned salesperson before depositing in our bank account to avoid penalties under Section 271DA of the Income Tax Act.
• An advance deposit or acceptance of the itinerary establishes a contract between the client and the company. Cancellation is subject to our cancellation policy.

• Booking within 10 days of travel: 100% payment required at the time of booking.
• Booking within 10-20 days of travel: 75% payment required at the time of booking, with the balance due at confirmation.
• Booking more than 20 days before travel: Booking amount of ₹ 50,000 per person required at the time of booking, with the balance due at confirmation.
• Guaranteed booking conditions may require 100% payment at the time of booking.

• Booking amount is non-refundable in case of tour package cancellation. Cancellation requests must be in writing or via email.
• Cancellation charges apply even if the tour is canceled for reasons such as medical conditions, pregnancy, or other unfortunate incidents.
• Day-wise cancellation charges are as follows:
  • Prior to 46 or more days of tour departure: Rs. 25,000 + Special Component like Visa/Cruise/Air Ticket (once booked, non-refundable).
  • Between 45 to 15 days of tour departure: 75% of tour package cost + Special Component like Visa/Cruise/Air Ticket (once booked, non-refundable).
  • Within 15 days of tour departure: 100% of tour package cost.
  • If the client is a no-show (fails to avail the tour package): 100% of tour package cost.

• Booking advance: INR 25,000/- per person at the time of booking.
• Additional advance of INR 25,000/- per person required before visa processing or 45 days prior to the travel date, whichever is earlier.
• Full and final payment must be made before 1 month prior to departure or before document dispatch of the tour package, whichever is earlier.
• Payment can be made in cash (up to Rs 199,000/-), pay order/demand draft favoring JAPANDMCINDIA, or by local cheque (must be delivered at least 7-10 working days prior to the delivery date).
• In case of payment by cheque, it is subject to Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Cruise payment and any non-refundable tour component (e.g., airline tickets) must be paid 100% in advance, in addition to the booking advance.

• JAPANDMCINDIA is not liable for refund, compensation, or claims due to a shortage of tour days, cancellation, route changes, postponements, or delays of any tour, including those caused by fog or bad weather. Tickets are issued with this condition in mind.

• Tour packages may involve significant physical activity, including walking and adventure sports. Travelers with medical conditions, heart conditions, pregnancy, or those requiring special care are advised not to undertake such tours.
• Travelers are encouraged to undergo a medical check-up and obtain a medical fitness certificate from their registered medical practitioner before embarking on tour packages. Travelers must be medically fit and energetic to undertake tour packages.
• JAPANDMCINDIA will not be responsible for any medical complications that may arise during the tour.

• The description provided is for informational purposes only. Final package tour components will be mentioned on the voucher at the time of finalizing the tour package. Travel tour components are subject to last-minute variations beyond the company's control.

• By giving an advance deposit or accepting the itinerary, a contract is formulated between the client and the company, authorizing the company to hold space and reservations for the client. Any change or cancellation is subject to the company's cancellation policy.

• These terms supersede all previous offers by JAPANDMCINDIA, and any verbal communication or offer made earlier by any of our representatives.

• I have reviewed and accepted the contents of the above informative brochure and the mentioned terms and conditions. I understand that I should be medically fit and energetic to undertake tour packages offered by JAPANDMCINDIA.

• JAPANDMCINDIA cannot be held responsible for flight cancellations or delays due to fog or technical reasons. Airlines are responsible for providing suitable connections in such conditions. Refusal/denial of visas may also occur, and applicable cancellation charges will be applied.

• Tour packages may require a considerable amount of physical activity and are suitable only for medically/physically fit individuals. Travelers with specific conditions are advised not to undertake these tours.
• There is no luggage assistance provided, and travelers are expected to manage their luggage.
• Some tour components may not have elevators/escalators, and stairs may be required.
• Travelers must satisfy themselves by undergoing a medical check-up and obtaining a medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner before undertaking tour packages.
